From the Kill Floor...






I recently had the opportunity to tour a small, family-owned & operated slaughterhouse. The tour allowed for viewing of the entire process, including the kill-floor. Witnessing the transfiguration from living creature to inanimate meat-product was personally edifying; it's a process that our culture is far-removed from but could benefit from exposure to.
